Update: We had a snow of about 4-5" and the big area was plowed. They did a good job. The limestone apartments are great in wicked wind. They are solid! Heating, I'm not a fan of electric heat, but it is what it is. I've not any issues that have required repair. It's not bad, here. Sometimes the foot traffic is worrisome, but usually they keep a moving. Outside camera helps me to feel safe as an older single lady. Overall, it is a nice place to live.

Updating now that we've had a few snow events. I want to say that snow cleanup is not a thing here. They did send someone to shovel a path to the mailbox. But as far as snow removal or sanding is concerned they don't do it. There is a curve uphill to get to the dumpster, it's all like a skating rink. The big common area everyone comes and goes from is one giant skating rink too. But, the place is cheap has few amenities and you do get what you pay for, so what did I think would happen? Update to previous update: management has worked with me to get an outside light so that i can see to lock/ unlock my door in the dark. Summer energy bills aren't bad at all. Most have been under $100, I had one that was over that. Waiting to see what winter will bring electricity bills. Update to move in n review: I have now lived here for a few months and feel like i can give am actual review. Plenty of space for a1 bedroom apartment and rent is more affordable than other places.
