We had a short time line and everyone helped us out so we could get in our new place. Great people and great service.
Rent prices go up annually and there are some things I don’t understand or agree with but, seems like owners can be reasonable and respectful for the most part, there have been a few things that bothered me but the upper management amy and Rome have been professional and respectful, Kim has been a little less than unfortunately and prefer to just avoid her but others may feel differently
DONT MOVE HERE! The lot fee going up again and again is beyond ridiculous for the second time in the last year and a half it is going up. I drive over an hour and a half to work almost 2 hours to the other side of Noblesville . I work in corrections for the medical side of things I work in the wealthiest county in Indiana. We could live in a three bedroom for not much more than we pay here where I work not to mention that a lot of the things that they do to get these trailers ready for people to move in is subpar at best. The management here is very reachable. They will reach out and answer your questions. Very quiet community to live.
