I do NOT recommend living here We gave proper notice, moved out, and tried to pay what we owed, but the payment was refused and an eviction was filed even though we had already vacated. There is an ongoing roach infestation in multiple units that started after a neighboring unit was demolished and was never properly resolved. Multiple tenants were experiencing the same issue, and posts about it were quickly removed from the community page. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here. A roach issue began after a nearby trailer was demolished and affected multiple units, not just ours. It persisted for over a year during our tenancy and was never fully resolved. We also have screenshots showing community posts about the issue that were later removed and residents were not consistently informed about the extent of the problem. Living there became extremely stressful and uncomfortable.
We love living here, the park is clean & well kept. Great friendly management.
The park is maintained very well. They definitely take pride in the community.
We just bought our first home! Everyone has been super kind, and the community feels tight-knit. Special thanks to Denise, Rome, and Amy for all your help and making this process easy! They left us a handwritten note and a move-in gift.
