I dont normally leave reviews for things, but the customer service we've received at Whispering Woods is incredible. Abby helped get us approved in less than 48 hours and the home was perfect to move into on move in day. Our neighbors are friendly, the maintenance Joe is always going above and beyond and my dog just loves our view of the pond! I would recommend this place to any and everybody!
Abby was great her personally she was amazing. However, the process to apply is insane. Never in my life have I had to provide bank statements showing this that and third. I have had to provide paystubs understandable no brainier and we had a consigner with excellent credit apply to save the time. I don't pretend I have perfect credit ever but I came prepared and it still wasn't enough the "approver" constantly wanting more and more. Beautiful property! Some townhomes face the pond making for a great view year round. Lots of amenities too!!
