A lot has changed since 2011 so as the most recent manager and tenant since June of 2014 I thought I would write a review myself. We have had new energy efficient windows installed in all of the apartments, including new sliding glass doors for those apartments that have a balcony. We have had new energy efficient hot water tanks put into all of the building to help improve on the hot water distribution as well as the cost to us. I wish I could select NO STARS! I went to see this apartment complex and the owner was a "[INSERT PROFANITY HERE]" She was creepy like a used car salesman pushing it on me. My buddy is a resident and told me the manager himself was a cool guy and has taken care of what he could but the utility bills are crazy in the winter and the owner dosent care about fixing the problems heating his apartment. the one i saw looked like it had the same windows and problems. KEEP LOOKING
