I agree with these others on here. I was accepted at this place for a certain rent , then they said if I could not move in by a certain date, the rent would be a hundred more per month. They quoted 3 different rent amounts to me for same apartment, at different times. I had already paid deposits and fees. So I lost those. Just decided not to mess with these indecisive people. Would not move here Ive only been here a month and already know its a mistake... Staff is nice and they tell you what you want to hear and there is alot of space other then that its a big no so far...
Who ever said it should be Whispering Hood is right- between the SWAT team dragging residents out, police circling and knocking on doors in the middle of the night, hoodlums pulling the fire alarms- which can remain on for hours, and the drug deals that occur in plain sight on a regular basis- this is not a place to raise children! The office staff is very nice- and maintance calls go unanswered- glad that I can pay this much a month to poverty pimps!
I would recommend NOT moving here. The staff is extremely nice, however, they do not handle any situation that you need help with. They claim to, but never follow through. Also, complex should be called Whispering Hood. Not Whispering Wood.
property is always kept clean, staff is great, apts have lots of space. very large kitchen and huge closets.
