Very concerned about the tasteless neon sign placed in front of the clubhouse. Even more disturbed when i was told it was paid for from community funds with no vote. $2200+ was the cost and it's hideous. Not in keeping with the community design. Should be removed immedietly. All expenditures should be frozen until accountibility is restored. Funds in budget are over budget according to printed list.

Difficult to find single story units in over 55 communities in Martin county. Other than most units need updating, this is a hidden jewel in local real estate. 3rd largest pool in the county.
Shhh. Very quiet. Great place to retire.
