I'd live in whitspring ponds now for about 8 years and the board has done nothing but talked about me saying I'm crazy and have other residents, not liking me, they're supposed to provide a service of mowing the grass mulching the lease at the end of the season. And doing snow removal that I'd pay $75 for a month, I had to buy a more and we had more yard, because the morning crew did not do right their mowers just pushed the grass down, everyone complained, they did not do the lease and working.
