Horrifying, heartbreaking experience…. I had to bring my beautiful dog in to be put down due to cancer..this is difficult experience even in the best facility, they made it a gut wrenching awful experience. They made us wait for a half hour past our appointment and he was so weak by then he couldn’t stand. Once in the room assistants and office staff were laughing and carrying on outside our door. I think the manager needs a Iesson on love for a dog with a medical problem where's your heart Kanin you don't turn a suffering dog down because there a few minuets late. 👎 I'm sure you been late a few times ! Shame on you karma is out there Karin !
