Get directionsStayed on 2/7/25 is room 105 with a buddy of mine. We just stayed the night to go snowboarding the next day. In the morning my friend noticed bug bites all over his arm, hands, and face. We think it's bed bugs. I tried getting in contact with the management to address the issue but no response. Horrible customer service, maintenance, and dirty rooms.

This place is horrible. So dirty. When I got to my room there were a few dead bugs on the bed. I saw a few spiders in the room and I got bitten by something. See the pictures. There was a problem with the shower and when I called the landlord he was sooo rude. He yelled me the whole time. They didn’t care when I told me about these issues. They told me you can leave.
Great and bad all in one. Room is spacious, providing regular size refrigerators, plates and sinks, with kitchen area with a table. But the toaster is broken, no place to hook towels, very small area to put toiletries, and no heating in the bath room, TV is so small. It supposed to have Jacuzzi but off course out of order. No one in the premise so you have to call the front desk which doesn’t exist.
