If they want you out they will not take your lot rent.Then they will bring you to court and they still won't take your money.Told them I had it sold in court and they said you can't sell it we have a lien on it.Said I had to notify them three months in advance but I had to get out and make lot rent payments plus pay the back lot ******* I basically lost my home for a $1000.Stay away.
