Is currently under terrible management. No amenities of any kind.
The manager regularly harasses tenants about non-issues. Received a notice to cut grass and remove weeds around my home when my grass was cut 2 days ago. There Is No Grass. It's all dead because they bully you into cutting it so frequently it can't survive. Also being told to remove my bicycles from my porch? I own this home, I will put my bikes wherever I please. The manager is a tool and a bully. If you complain she retaliates and threatens with eviction for anything she can think of
Another cash grab park with no concern for it's tenants. Has gone through multiple managers over the last 3 years after the first one was caught stealing money from tenants. Current manager doesn't do her job then blames tenants and threatens eviction. She has been letting her family stay in empty homes in different parks owned by the company for free and tries to stop potential renters from viewing the property to hide the fact.
