Welcome to your new Crap Hole, Where U Can Be Injured @ Any moment, due to The Neglect of the streets are horrific, If u fall like many have, I suggest you do Not let them Con You, They take responsibility For Nothing, the No Good Manager Is a piece of work, They know they all been wrote up for wrong doing, I know ELS sees through The Manager , Firearm was kept in the office, & Christy will throw anyone under the bus & She the main doing dirt!! Pls Do Not Get Stuck!

Please be careful where u choose to live, Read these reviews before locking in, Especially this park is Not an option when it comes to fair Housing Opportunities, U don't Own your land but have to pay taxes for Corporate, The dogs are so Out of control, Mostly your select few, that like to let their dogs just Rome & cause havoc & come barging out of the house to attack, this place will probably have some lawsuit for letting dangerous dogs in the park, this is including people who have had others dogs removed for neglect issu... read more

5 hours agoNEW I have been here a short time and initially wondered why there was such a huge turn around here. Now I know. The teenagers here are rude, loud, disrespectful, inconsiderate, every other word out of their mouth is a cuss word, they are always trying to one up each others bad behavior next to them when they gather in groups around the park, pool or baskerball court. Place is a dump There is no pool furniture the carports are disgusting the club house is filthy the pool table is all ripped the bathrooms are in need of repairs the lights around the pool are all busted the pool deck is disgusting needs pressure washed and the sewage has major issues and the teenagers are so bad you can't even go to the pool because they are smoking weed and cussing destroying everything equitlifestyls corporation does not take no responsibility all they care about is collecting lot rent this place is a dis... read more

Horrible place to live and a rip off Management sucks, they do nothing but take your money and raise the rent every year! Drugs! Homes falling apart! Floods with every storm to where you can't drive in or out! Don't get trapped or waste your money! Noisey n basically going down hill fast!!

My family and I have lived here for almost a year and we couldn't be happier! Some neighbors we could do without but that happens everywhere! The management has been so kind and accommodating to us, especially to my youngest son with special needs. The park even offers non-denominational church services every Sunday at their club house among other special events!

Worst community I have ever lived in. Had things stolen off my screened in property, police not office management did anything about it. they turned the water off in the mornings, inconvenitly while I was TRYING to get ready for work. Ladies in office are unorganized, fake, liars and rude. The neighbors are also liars and stalkers nor are they kind. Don't move in if you want privacy because you won't get any here :)

Management is just plain unorganized. They harrass residents that are never late with payments over issues that have been "solved" repeatedly. Wish I could afford to move. They over charge for lot rent and do nothing for you in return.
