Nate stepped into a project gone way wrong when no one else would. He completed the restoration of a regionally historic home that probably should have been bull-dozed. We were under a great deal of pressure because the original contractor should have had criminal charges per the lawyer we consulted. I called Nate at Whispering Pines construction to replace my roof, and they went above and beyond. They fixed things we didn't know about until old roof came off, they refastened siding where it had come loose, they took down the no longer needed chimney and fixed it so you can't tell where it ever was. They then cleaned up and missed nothing. They came in UNDER the estimate, which was priceless to me. Would not hesitate to call them again for any repairs or remodeling I have.

I can not say enough great things about Elijah from Whispering Pines and Nate from Heartland Builders (and their crew) on the work they did for the remodel of our house. We bought this place knowing there were major issues, from a falling apart kitchen and severe floor sag, to old wiring and plumbing...just a long list of things that needed to get re-done.
