Condo itself is nice, but I rate it one star because of the outrageously dangerous parking situation. Spaces are not assigned and so it's basically 'first come, first served.' This is not just 'unfair' but very unsafe and led to my personal injury when having to park late one night far away from my actual unit. Management, however, couldn't care less.
