The staff is slow to work on things wrong! They have strict rules that everyone must abide by! Like no pets, no hanging out, control your children, don't throw trash around, etc. There's cameras and a guard but still all at your own risk! Edit: Place isn't much better I'm afraid to say! They left us for near a week with a fridge rotting our food as needs parts plus light and fan over stove out as well as oven itself not working as it burns food too quickly. I felt the need to add my review on this apartment complex this evening. I have lived here going on 5 years now. Even before I moved into the apartment complex the Manager made a very good impression on me. I was a struggling single mother with two minor children who needed help with no where to go. I needed a quite place to raise my children away from those who wanted to harm me and my children. Ms. Valarie (The manager) even before having a place ready for me told me that she had my back. I've Been Over Their Going On 3 Years The Landlord Is Very Nice and Understandable at All Time My Apartment Is rodent Free, Maintenance Is Up To Part, Security Is Strictly Enforced, I love the Environment over Here ..
Absolutely a great office staff! very decent apartments to live in very satisfied with making the choice to live here if repairs are needed it will be done with no issues
