The staff is slow to work on things wrong! They have strict rules that everyone must abide by! Like no pets, no hanging out, control your children, don't throw trash around, etc. There's cameras and a guard but still all at your own risk!
From the passed history of these apartments its very nice to see someone has finally got these . Someone that is taking the care and trying to break the curse of the pass by tenants and it passed owners. They are trying hard to make this a better place to live. I live here and i have enjoyed it dust far. I

Been here almost two month, worst experience ever when it comes to living in an apartment. Continuous air problems, out of the month and a half I’ve lived here, the air has only worked for two weeks. No WiFi available. Two very essential assets ppl need in a home smh
I wouldn't live in no apartment in Southeast Memphis left city to much Crime!
