Beautiful neighborhood! Great walkway thru and around ...nice pool...mailboxes all in one location...several play parks around.
Many of the builders have no idea how to make a house ready for fiber optics. Take your time, ask questions. Make sure there is a fiber optic line into the low voltage panel. You could be denied service from the provider. In the photos you will see how it should look in a fiber ready home (thanks Bill Beasley) as well as what you will see outside when done incorrectly.
