Just signed my 4th lease with them. Cheryl is always great in the front office and Bebe does an amazing job maintaining the property. On top of that both of them are super friendly and always wave when passing by.
Avoid. Management doesn’t follow Florida law and doesn’t care. Neighbors have given me some horror stories about having to get legal representation for timely basic repairs. They are dismissive. They are artificially inflating reviews as well (See attached photos below). They have a rep making the same review for all the apartment complexes they own. We moved in here in August of 2023. Coming up on our year soon. We’ve had some issues arise but completely out of anyone’s control. Bebe from maintenance is the absolute best thing to happen to this community. She’s incredible; diligent, & this place would not run the way it does without her. She’s a gem, keep her around ! The complex itself is quiet & peaceful & clean. Neighbors are friendly & look out for one another. We are close to everything & who doesn’t enjoy being 2 miles from the beach? We love it so much.
