DO NOT RENT HERE!! I lived here for two years. Went through 3 property managers. No one stays & no one cares. This is where u go to die!! Alot of the condos are owned by elderly who dont really care for renters. Most are retired and have nothing else to do but talk about each other, behind each others backs and about others business. Beautiful place to live, calm and quiet it
great place to live. The office and maintenance staff were top notch. This team really goes out of their way to make sure residents have a wonderful place to call home. Would highly recommend.
Lived here 18.5 yrs, Bebe maintaince is outstanding, she she treats the property as if she owned it, You can see her sometimes working 7 days a week or well after hours always a smile never a compliant, also Cheryl in the office is a welcome change in the office we had some that were below par. thanks Michele
