Typical corporate apartment tactics—be warned. I left after they tried to raise my renewal rate significantly. Now they’re advertising cheaper rent plus a free month—better deals than what they offered to loyal tenants. Total slap in the face. Half the units seem to be owned by retired people or snowbirds, giving the place a seasonal, somewhat uptight atmosphere. Don't be surprised when you are shown 1 apartment but by the time you get approved, you are told that ones not available but you can pay more for an upgrade. Some of the units turn moldy...in 1 year both bedroom closets had clothes and bags on the shelves covered in mold. Now forget about getting all the deposit back...charged for a day of rent when I couldn't turn my keys in on a Sunday? So now all mostly fees are pulled from the deposit..terrible.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! I lived here for two years. Went through 3 property managers. No one stays & no one cares. This is where u go to die!! Alot of the condos are owned by elderly who dont really care for renters. Most are retired and have nothing else to do but talk about each other, behind each others backs and about others business.
