Hi .well I have to office to be very helpful . And getting ready to move in . What i have seen in other place is. If every body dose there part to keep up there space. And keeps up on it and spreads happy ness its much better.
Rent increases every year and don’t match the condition of the park. The property is poorly maintained. It’s becoming ridiculously unaffordable. There’s a serious issue with so many cats roaming freely and constantly using residents’ yards as litter boxes. Management is aware but has not addressed it. The one positive is the pool.
