Rent increases every year and don’t match the condition of the park. The property is poorly maintained. It’s becoming ridiculously unaffordable. There’s a serious issue with so many cats roaming freely and constantly using residents’ yards as litter boxes. Management is aware but has not addressed it. The one positive is the pool.
