No matter how much you clean you will never see your deposit again they will find a way to add extra fees so you get maybe $10 back. In the summer it’s like living in an oven and in the winter you will freeze. The heaters in the rooms and AC unit in the living room barely helps after having them on for an hour and your electric bill will be insane. Cheap appliances that don’t work. Maintenance men are very prompt, Friendly, get stuff done ASAP. Our property manager has communication skills is always letting our community know what's going on around us. Maintenance crew is top notch making customer satisfaction is guaranteed. My 5th year of living on this property full time since my retirement, without a single regret. Our decision to move to San Marcos and Whispering Oaks Apartments continues to be in our best interest.
