I have lived at Whispering Oaks for six years. during that time, the complex has been kept clean , the grounds kept in order, common areas have had amenities upgraded, and whenever I need something fixed, it's done in a day or two. I especially like this apartment complex because it has garages, which is important if you have a motorcycle, or a nice car that your want to keep garaged.
No matter how much you clean you will never see your deposit again they will find a way to add extra fees so you get maybe $10 back. In the summer it’s like living in an oven and in the winter you will freeze. The heaters in the rooms and AC unit in the living room barely helps after having them on for an hour and your electric bill will be insane. Cheap appliances that don’t work. Maintenance men are very prompt, Friendly, get stuff done ASAP. Our property manager has communication skills is always letting our community know what's going on around us. Been here for about a year Love calling whispering Oaks my home. I appreciate them all. Keep up the great wk guys!! I'm very bad with names I'm sorry I dnt have names.
