The whispering hills in ******* ** customer service is really bad the manager is very rude I got charge more than I should I sent them what they asked me for from hotels .com and bank statements and still will not refund the Mo way that they took out of my account he called me rude names cursed at me told me to go back to my mother v***** he said he would come to house to do harm against my family I believe in protections for my family and I do not like how foreign people can come to our country and get away with owning a bu... read more

Customer did called at the property and said that we charged them twice. so, we asked them to provide the proof of the charge. He made of fake receipt and said this was the receipt. which we are going to attach in the pdf file. He threatened to my front desk agent stating, " HE IS REALLY BIG GUY,". Mr. **** was stating racists slur over the phone, as he stated on the comment he does not like foreign people. We have smoke detector that are working conditions, for fire extinguishers inspection was done back in May of 2023. Our... read more
