I would like to give a big thank you to Gavin, Michelle, and Shelly. They were all so very helpful getting things coordinated as I was moving from a different state. They made the process very easy and answered all my questions. The staff at Whispering Hills is like no other. They are truly the best!!

My review is based off my experience with the office. We applied for Whispering Hills townhome back in April. The website says that we had a to pay application fees, administrative fees and a deposit incase we were approved. I paid for everything upfront as the application requested. Unfortunately we were denied. After being denied, we called to inquire about the time it would take for us to receive our deposit back. I’ve been inquiring since the denial email was sent on May 12th. I was told that a check was sent in the mail... read more
The grounds are beautiful and safe. The townhomes are nice and spacious with great views. They offer amenities such as an indoor pool, two pools outside ,and an exercise room. Management (Shannon and Chelle are always planning events for the residents , we've attended a few and really enjoyed ourselves as well as the grandkids.Shannon and Chelle are awesome and very personable do ing what they can to make you feel welcome. The maintenance staff is awesome as well !
It’s a great place to live! Very good location with beautiful grounds. Having kids, it’s nice knowing they are in a safe environment. The staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. Anytime I’ve had an issue, I’ve gotten a quick response. Amenities are great and well maintained. My kids love the pool. Also a great place if you have a dog. Lots of good walking areas and it’s always nice to see the deer out on our walks! I would recommend Whispering Hills to anybody.
