Rude and condescending management. Lived there for a short period of time and was charged an insane amount of money upon move-out. Keep in mind we were barely home as we traveled a lot for work. Can't do much damage when you're not even there.
Lived here for about two months. Worst experience of apartments ever. Outrageous move out fees and we got charged for supposed “severe damage” to the apartment, but we made sure to take pictures upon move out and they still claim that there was damage to the apartment, but are not providing proof. I provided them with the pictures I took of a barely lived in and spotless apartment and now there’s radio silence. I went on a tour with my friend and Melissa was super sweet and so helpful! I think her name was Kaitlyn, not sure but one of the two agents stated she was the I believe assistant manager. She was rude and lazy. One of the leasing agents asked for help and she was just yelling out the door and did not seem to thrilled to be at her job. Very rude. Definitely a turn off and will not be renting from them! But, Melissa deserves a raise!
Spendy, but really nice and you get what you pay for. The pools and fitness centers are really nice, and I felt safe. And there's free parking. You can pay for a garage, but I didn't and always found somewhere to park, even if it was a little ways away.
