I went on a tour with my friend and Melissa was super sweet and so helpful! I think her name was Kaitlyn, not sure but one of the two agents stated she was the I believe assistant manager. She was rude and lazy. One of the leasing agents asked for help and she was just yelling out the door and did not seem to thrilled to be at her job. Very rude. Definitely a turn off and will not be renting from them! But, Melissa deserves a raise!
Spendy, but really nice and you get what you pay for. The pools and fitness centers are really nice, and I felt safe. And there's free parking. You can pay for a garage, but I didn't and always found somewhere to park, even if it was a little ways away.

I had a terrible experience living here. The move-out process was particularly distressing as they unjustly charged us for things we didn't do, without maintaining any records or proof. The worst part was being accused of changing the cabinet paint, despite submitting evidence to the contrary; they simply ignored it. It felt like they were just trying to extract money from us.
