I love it here! My place is beautiful, safe, and quiet, and the folks in the office and maintenance are kind and helpful. The units seem super well insulated and well built in general - I haven’t heard my neighbors once. I’ve also loved the many spacious sidewalks and green spaces. My dog and I walk several miles daily without leaving the neighborhood and have met so many human and dog friends. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 recommend!

This is my second review of Whisper Valley. I left my first one about 8 months ago after a terrible move in experience, and unfortunately, the issues never stopped. Since then, management changed from Greystar to Resortments, and things did not improve. We have dealt with ongoing electrical problems for months. Breakers constantly tripping, lights and outlets not working, and WiFi cutting out. Every time, management blamed overloading the circuit, even though we rarely had more than one item plugged in. Just moved here around 3 weeks ago. I wish I can cancel and go somewhere else. They’re not good with communication nor fixing problems you experience. Maintenance is very helpful, he will fix any problem the day after you request a service but nothing else is organized nor professional. First day, noticed it was a very small space, not a lot of room for kitchen supplies, closet is very small, outside light wasn’t working, washer/dryer wasn’t working, ice and water tasted horrible from the fridge, there’s no sidewalk connecte... read more
