absolutely LOVE our new home! It's literally a dream. the townhomes are beyond gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home!
Parking situation here is the worst! I have had to move my car many many times. I have sent a couple emails and nothing has been done about it. I have had parking problems for 6 months already. Nothing has been done about it because nothing has changed. Trash still doesn’t get picked up the days it should be. I have had my trash infront of my door for 4 days in a row because they did not pick it up the day they were supposed to pick it up. We pay for the trash to get picked up. I love it here! My place is beautiful, safe, and quiet, and the folks in the office and maintenance are kind and helpful. The units seem super well insulated and well built in general - I haven’t heard my neighbors once. I’ve also loved the many spacious sidewalks and green spaces. My dog and I walk several miles daily without leaving the neighborhood and have met so many human and dog friends. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 recommend!
Lived here for almost 3 months now. Love my place. Ladies in office are really sweet. Maintenance is good too. Nice spot here
This is my second review of Whisper Valley. I left my first one about 8 months ago after a terrible move in experience, and unfortunately, the issues never stopped. Since then, management changed from Greystar to Resortments, and things did not improve. We have dealt with ongoing electrical problems for months. Breakers constantly tripping, lights and outlets not working, and WiFi cutting out. Every time, management blamed overloading the circuit, even though we rarely had more than one item plugged in.
