I called and,texted I even emailed him at his email address and tried contacting him on Facebook I got no reply. How does a person stay in business if you ain't around to do business with all I wanted was to get my bike winterize and stored I couldn't even get a simple phone call or email saying you were to busy you don't do that anymore something I even drove all the way there and your business was shut down but on line it says you are open.You should at least have a message on your answering machine saying you are not open... read more
Very unhappy and feel taken Advantages of With this gentleman sold us a side by side.. When we got there to look at it the battery was died and did not start. He said he left something on and it kill the battery so he jump it. Yes it did drive and run and said over and over nothing is wrong with it may need a oil change and u joints. So we bought it loaded on our trailer got home it’s not running or jump or anything. We messed with for a few days still will not run. Absolutely would not recommend. Had my bike for almost 3 months. He forgot to fix the main issues, so he upcharged me on a whole separate issue and looked at the issue I brought in for when I came to pick it up. So I had to wait 3months with no updates and an extra hour while he YouTubed how to fix and electrical issue. Also left my bike in the rain during those 3 months, so my seat is completely coming apart. Needed some work done on my Z400, tires swapped out, fork seals, other stuff. Called set a time to meet up and it was not a problem. Had an unforeseen issue and he called to let me know what was going on to make sure I still wanted to go forward. Had my budget in mind and easily the best encounter with a mechanic I've ever had . Super friendly and knows a ton about motorcycles and sleds, down to earth guy, no BS and an expert at what he does. My bike has never sounded better or rode better than it does after going here.
