I applied to this apartment. They said it would be a $99 application. Which was a lie i paid over $300 for the application. I only applied because they said if not approved. I would receive the money in a refund. They never mentioned how long it would take. When I asked after already applying they said it would take 14-45 days for a refund. It has now been well over 45 days and I still have no refund. They have not answered my calls or emails.
