The receptionist and the audiologist were both friendly, helpful, and professional. My questions were answered and the reminder demonstration of replacing the wax filter was especially helpful.

Just the greatest and do helpful regarding the use of my hearing aids. I recommended them.
Everything went well. There was a problem with one of my hearing aids and I received a new one. Allison was very responsive as far as making an appointment for me once she received the new device. She programmed the new device and it works fine.
Everyone was nice and helpful. I started my purchase of Hearing Aids in Knoxville TN. It was just like my experience there. Very helpful and accomodating! Great customer service!
