The person who tested me today was perfectly fine. I am just feeling unsure of Hearing Life, because the staff that I have been working with for many years suddenly departed, and the person who I met with couldn't fully explain the shaky situation. He seemed to be a competent audiologist, but it was very weird and did not inspire confidence in Hearing Life.
UPDATE-----I was informed that Summer no longer works there or perhaps has left the company. I was disappointed to hear this, as she had been extremely helpful, professional, and responsive while assisting me with my ongoing issue. She took the time to understand my situation, kept me informed, and was the one person I felt truly knew the details of my case.
