When Dr. Castle was here it was run much better. She's apparently left and her patients were never informed. I reached out to Briana who took a couple of days to get back to me. When I wanted to come in for a cleaning she said she couldn't accommodate my requested time of 2:30, and I had to come in between 1:-2: I work full time downtown which makes that impossible. Dr. Castle would always accommodate my schedule since it only takes a few minutes. Im looking for another hearing aid office to take my business to.
