We've used Whisky Jack to install heat pumps in two houses now, one townhouse, and one stand alone. Tim and crew (especially Parker) are friendly, respectful, and professional. Both installs were completed fast and the service has been great. Highly recommend!
Exemplary service! Our improperly installed heat pump ( by a different company) needed full servicing along with a repair, and we also need the outside unit moved 8-10 feet over. The quote was free, service date was efficiently confirmed, and the technician arrived promptly on that date. He was friendly but maintained diligent focus on his work the entire day. The invoice was exactly as quoted. I'll will definitely call these guys first the next time, and I would not hesitate to recommend them!! We are very happy customers!
