Ordered a still on 7.27.2023. It is now 8.31.2023. The money was taken out of our account immediately with an automated email. I have emailed the company several times with no response and their phone number is no longer in service. I do not recommend ordering from this company as I believe it is a scam. We even tried contacting the manager of the industrial park. We should have researched better. AVOID ordering from this place

The product finally arrived and was damaged. They might as well have an unlisted number because they never answer the phone. The company is supposed to be in Texas but, my still shipped from New Jersey. Makes me wonder if it’s even American made. I wish I had went elsewhere for a still. It doesn’t fit together properly and doesn’t sit level once assembled. This is simply wall art. Don’t waste your money.
Ordered a 50 gal still in the middle of the pandemic. Jason stayed in contact with me during the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with this beauty.
