I toured these lofts with my fiancee while we were home hunting. The space is attractive and in a good location, but the HOA fees are in excess of $400 a month on top of your mortgage and other fees. That would make sense if there was a pool or some significant groundskeeping, but there isn't. The realtor said the fees mostly went to roof maintenance which seemed excessive considering that the shared roof is relatively new and could be easily maintained for less. We ended up somewhere else with a more reasonable HOA.
