Had a window replaced a year ago, just noticed the glass has a crack in it. I attempted to contact the company, phone / email but haven’t gotten a response.
STAY AWAY! Ordered replacement glass and windows. The replacement glass was installed after pestering their owner, Todd. The glass installers are great and courteous and did great work. The other windows weren’t ready, so they would come back. Now I cannot get ahold of Todd and they have my deposit. It has been 18 weeks since I placed my window order and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. I have called, emailed, and messaged all with no reply. Horrible customer service and owes me back my money.

Horrible service! Looks like this company is a spam. I ordered the shower glass doors and installation from Whiskey Glass & Mirror in Southlake on 11/17/2022. Per the contract, on 11/17/2022, I paid down payment in amount of $1400. As promised by Whiskey Glass, the glass doors should be ready in 1.5 to 2 weeks by 12/02/2022. The last response from Whiskey glass was on 12/02/2022 that the glass doors would be ready "next week". However, between 12/05 and 12/09/2022, I didn't hear anything from Whiskey Glass.
