NOT HONEST....NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Took my vehicle in for minor service work. Come back to pick it up and found a "basketball" sized dent in the left rear bumper. Contacted Sheriff, filed report. Of course the owner (Franklin) and his employees deny any knowledge of how the damage occurred other than it must have been there before I brought it in. No cameras. When Sheriff asked for insurance info, he was denied. What does that tell you? No responsibility whatsoever. Franklin or his employees know exactly what happened.
