My family and I are incredibly grateful for Dr. Smith and her team. They worked us in within hours of our call (even on a snow day) and quickly diagnosed our dog and began hospital care. I especially appreciate the excellent communication and compassion demonstrated by the staff. Prices are reasonable and I just can’t imagine receiving better care anywhere else. Took my dog in for grooming today. The new groomer did a beautiful job. She had a great rapport with my dog, he immediately liked her which is unusual. Very happy!
We are new to Floyd County and we are so happy to have Whiskers and Tails as our new vet office! Dr. Smith operated on our beloved border collie’s hip (FHO) and everything went so smoothly. The entire office is very nice (we especially love Shawna!) and their rates are reasonable. We love knowing that our fur babies are in excellent hands with an uber-experienced and caring team.
I can not say enough about how compassionate and caring the employees are here! I brought my sweet June in as an emergency and they were so caring the time she was there.
