Rude staff, very snappy and one receptionist even cussed at me. They prioritize gossip time over responding to a pets needs and overhead them speaking about multiple different customers in very rude ways, making fun of them. Give off a very friendly environment but if you pay attention it is very much a facade. I have had multiple friends stop bringing their pets here as well because of rudeness.
Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable and service was very affordable!
Whiskers & Paws is such a great vet!! They are so patient with my cat and they treat him so well! The vets are knowledgeable and do a great job at making every understand making sure that I’m on the same page. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind. Could not recommend them enough!!
