Great service! First time dog owner and wasn't sure if I was being overly cautious or if my dog needed to go to the ER. The person I spoke with was great, told me what signs to look for so I know if my puppy needs to be seen. Very appreciative!
Don’t pay for this online service! They won’t diagnose your concern, they won’t prescribe medication, and at the end of your conversation they’ll just tell you to go to the vet. Pointless!
She was so helpful and kind. She reassured me that my kitty wasn't in any danger and that it was natural for cats to eat feathers lol. But also she gave me things to watch for that might mean he was in trouble. She was absolutely great and I am so glad I had whisker docs to call!
Tried to call this place 12 times and every time they called back it was under unknown and not Whiskerdocs and in addition to this when they called back it was a silent line and then it would hang up after 20 seconds.
Like others have said this really is a useless service. They cannot prescribe anything, they don't have vets, and they won't do video or anything to diagnose your pet. They essentially are google list a few things and say go see a vet.
