This firm were called in to replace a water tank with a megaflow for my tenants. They installed the new megaflow in a way that completely blocked access to the expansion vessel and thermostat receiver so that any repairs required a complete draining down of the system. Because the flat was let at the time the ridiculous nature of the installation wasn’t apparent until the end of the tenancy.
