My 17yo baseball athlete needed to improve his 60yd dash time and the goal was to get it under 7secs. He was running a 7.3, then a 7.1, and most recently he ran a 6.9! We are elated! Thank you Coach Tee!! Ps. My son enjoyed the challenging workouts and has asked to continue to work with coach Tee in the fall:)
My son has attended Whirls Speed Academy for since they opened three years ago. We watched him grown in confidence, agility and speed. Coach Tee, and all of the trainers, are great at building kids up and helping them reach their true potential. We will be enrolling our daughter this year. She can’t wait!
I took my 12u softball team to Coach T for a speed and agility program over the winter and couldn’t have been happier with the results. Every girl improved and it shows on the field as we as a team finished our 64 game season with 235 stolen bases in 248 attempts for a 94.76% success rate. Kids took extra bases stretching singles to doubles and our first step on our reads defensively were absolutely noticeable. We will definitely be back as a team this year and for years to come!!!
Whirlwinds Speed Academy has been an absolutely game changing experience for my daughter for speed, agility, and strength training. Coach Tee and his coaches & trainers are skillful, dedicated, supportive and masterful at getting results. Moreover, they show personal commitment to each individual - not just as athletes, but as people. This combination of athletic success and genuine care sets them apart from any other sports training organization!
Coach T and Coach Colin were outstanding trainers and my 15-year-old son loved working with them. He plays lacrosse, and the personal training sessions provided valuable agility and conditioning workouts to improve his speed and strength. I highly recommend them!
