Not quite like the page says in getting a “fair offer”. The 5 questions I filled out just gave them my contact info so they could ask more questions. They did look at my flipper house then asked how much I wanted. That’s not making an offer. They offered 1/3 of house value but did offer to close in 2 weeks. Waste of my time.
