Received a call letting me know that a maintenance check was recommended. Scheduled the visit and Nik was our technician. Greeted me with a smile and went to work. 1st thing he checked was the filter and boy did it look terrible! I had forgotten that I needed to be mindful at checking and replacing it. Nik walked me through what to look for, how to order it, and replace. Even offered to come back and replace the filter at no charge. This crew is some of the most respectful and honest contractors I have ever met. Nik is extremely polite and explains every aspect of the process in detail from the second the quote starts. There is not an ounce of pushiness and extremely understanding that I was gathering quotes from multiple companies and so I would need a little bit of time to make a decision. Nick came out to check a newly installed unit I had and quickly found the error code. He reset my unit and got it working quickly but was happy to explain all the questions I had. He was very passionate about his job and gave me extra info so I can have peace of mind. Very cheerful and professional! He will also help us with an app controlled thermostat for my unit so I can control the temp on my phone!😀
