Nick was a delight to work with. He’s friendly, efficient and prompt. He fixed the problem with the furnace and answered all our questions. He was very kind when he found the filter had not been changed in two years! I was happy to sign up for maintenance and relieved to know there will be a new filter twice a year.
Nick came out to service our furnace today and he was fantastic! We have been experiencing a lack of air flow through some vents and he was able to find the problem and suggest multiple solutions! We will use them again!
Whirlwind was able to get us scheduled about a day and a half after we called. Nick from Whirlwind was great. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, and was able to get our unit fixed quickly for a good price. We will certainly be calling again for any of our heating and cooling needs. Nick and Jacob came to our rescue in hot weather when the air conditioner decided not to work. They were prompt and figured out the problem right away then went and got the part and fixed it in record time before we all melted! Very nice and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
