I was referred to WhirlWind after my AC went out and I cannot express how happy I am that I did not go through the company that my home warranty required me to use. My home warranty required diagnosis by NW Sundance and they told me the compressor cost between 4-5k and said "they just go out" when I asked questions. Nik at WhirlWind came out and showed me exactly how the compressor would have gone out and how to prevent it from happening again! The HVAC and AC are working fine so far. The only issues I had were 1) I asked for some kind of written instructions how to use the thermostat for the HVAC and the technician gave me a pamphlet but it didn’t actually have any instructions on how to use it. And 2) when they came to give us a bid they assured us that they would take the plants that were in the spot they wanted to place the new AC unit and move them to another spot.
