Bad attitude from receiver guy Daylon I came here to deliver 4 pallets. When he done he throw away my pallet jack and flipped over inside the truck. Please do better next time you don’t have to do that. Thank you.
Very nice DC. Empty in 15 min. Given door right away. Everyone was polite. Much better than other Whirlpool DCs
While Whirlpool is a recommended brand and they seem to manufacture a decent product, their customer service and delivery service is very disappointing. I ordered through the website and was set for delivery today, even received an email confirmation. I called(min 15 minute hold time each time) to confirm, the day before and the morning of, to ask if they would call ahead to with a more precise time.
