While Whirlpool is a recommended brand and they seem to manufacture a decent product, their customer service and delivery service is very disappointing. I ordered through the website and was set for delivery today, even received an email confirmation. I called(min 15 minute hold time each time) to confirm, the day before and the morning of, to ask if they would call ahead to with a more precise time. Bought a washer after manufacturing warraty ended it just started to breakdown every other month, will not be buying this brand again
Well folks, Whirlpool is definitely not the company they used to be, and I gav had nothing but issues with a 2-year dryer that jus stopped heating up. I called corporate direct, and they did not receive one tech to help me, all they wanna do is sell warranties!!! This company can go jump in the lake!! Folks this is ridiculous so please please do u research as Whirlpool will never get another penny from me again.
Safety issue: Fridge keeps tripping the breaker. Tech says the fridge is fine. Electrician says the electrical is fine. Troubleshooting point to a faulty fridge. Whirlpool denies any issue with the unit. Just know, you will have to replace your appliances after a few years. They will under no circumstances take responsibility for faulty units even if it is an issue of safety.
If you work here, DON'T WORK in Paint as a Hanger unless you're physically built for it. Like, if you don't actively build muscle/go to the gym for that specific job your back is going to give out or something when you're older. Also, wear a mask or something for the metal dust around the place that gets flung all over. Wear BOTH arm coverings too so that your forearms don't get 20+ scars.
