RUN RUN...Where do I start, first meeting the technician spoke no English had to communicate via texts, then asked for a piece of furniture to stand on to diagnose the problem and help to move the appliance because he couldn't physically do it alone, then said it problem was fixed. I alerted him the error codes were still there, so it wasn't fixed after all; part ordered, new appointment set to fix problem, time given to fix was 45- 60 mins; six hours later still nothing fixed, I had to leave for work; rescheduled for anothe... read more
It is 7:10am. Your voicemail is still set to after hours message; is telling me to call back after 7am. Very frustrating. Update: now 7:30am and still the same message. Update: 7:50am and still the same message. Pressed different number and got someone who gave me the "direct number", got the same message. Called him again and got transfered, got the same message. Called again and that extension wasn't answered this time!!!
