Bought a car last September, she said it was in good mechanical condition with no issues. It seemed to drive a little rough during test drive but she assured me it was fine. Turns out it had a misfire. Bad spark plug and ignition coil wasn’t even plugged in. The mechanic also said that when he removed my intake, it was almost completely clogged with a rats nest. A few weeks later I noticed a large coolant leak, which ended up being a bad water pump and cost over $700 to be replaced. Two weeks later my power steering went out... read more
Husband was looking for a newer truck to pull our trailer and Whips came through for us. Jenny was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, was reasonable and helpful.
