Nice looking place. Lot cost is $1230 or so. Not sure if all have Nicor or not. Just a precursor glance .
Potholes are still not fixed. Rent payment portal goes on maintenance during payment hours making it impossible to pay rent. Answering Service rarely ever forwards any messages. Hours of operation are still just for showings most of the time. Specially on weekends. No support for daily 9-5ers during the week. Don’t get any big packages delivered if you work a normal job. You’ll have to wait until the weekend to access the parcel lockers. Lot sidewalk and driveway repairs never happen unless the resident decides to pay for it... read more
Love this is a beautiful place to live, nice and quiet area, close to shopping.
