The Whipple Consulting Engineers On Behalf Of Big Horn Development Had A Public Meeting At The Prince Of Peace Lutheran Church On November 19, 2025 And The Smug Representative Was Like A Slum Lord Telling Residents That The Rent Was Going To Go Up And There Was Nothing Anyone Could Do About It And Screw You And Your Families.
