Haley was amazing. Loved my lashes and the style. Wanted to go back but the communication while trying to re-book was impossible. I told them that the options they provided didn't work and they just didn't respond? No availability this week, cool, I get it but then provide me a later date? Try to figure it out with me? Don't just ghost? Super weird customer service. No ability to schedule a lash fill online either - otherwise would have absolutely loved to avoid this interaction. Or lack thereof. Camryn was amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to my needs. She paid great attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. I had booked an appointment for one wax appointment, but when I arrived, asked if she had a couple of minutes to add a service and she was gracious and accommodating, without being bothered or reserved.
