I went in for highlights which includes a glaze -Erica the stylist had previously highlighted my hair and nailed it -not so much this time around. I told her to do exactly what she did the first time-as I was sitting with the glaze on my hair I noticed in the mirror it was really dark, so I immediately alerted Erica -who told me that was just how the glaze worked but offered it to wash it off immediately.
