cool flavors for a hot summer – Whip 'N Dip serves the best ice cream around. I often visit this little South Miami store with homemade delights. It has that old-fashioned feel and the ice cream concoctions are delicious. I particularly like the mint chocolate chip, but any of the flavors are great!
