I originally chose the salon because black owned and operated. Had a great special for new client and full set lashes. Not. I paid the deposit and was over charged for remainder balance. Called several times to clear up and to no avail could never speak with owner or manager. First strike. Decided to give another try really liked first lash stylist. Booked again. I’ve been a client at this salon on and off for a few years, but unfortunately, the customer service has really declined. It’s disheartening to see that the best stylists don’t seem to stay long, so just when you find someone you like, they’re gone so make sure to get their contact info or social media. After my latest negative experience, I’ve decided it’s time to move on. I can’t recommend this salon to others given the inconsistent service and turnover and lack luster results from current stylist.

I initially went in for a consultation to color my locs and was quoted a specific price. When I returned the next day for my appointment, I was surprised when the final cost ended up being over $100 more than expected.
