i have repeatedly been unable to get through to this surgery whether that was due to too long of a wait on the phone or due to the triage thing being taken down within 2 hours of it opening. once you are through to them it’s difficult to get an appointment if at all - i was turned away for an ongoing issue and told to wait even longer. furthermore i’ve now had an issue with prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy despite specifically requesting it to be sent elsewhere which was agreed to.
used the online system requesting an appointment and got one by 1030 which mirrors previous requests. Doctors and nurses are always polite and helpful similarly receptionists.
Very pleased with treatment, I recently moved on from another practice in Darlington that was a disgrace. Got an appointment here pretty much straightaway and receptionist was kind enough to ask if I was going to be okay managing to get there due to my recent ankle surgery. Doctor quickly also managed to review another concern I had and I was reassured they are taking all the correct actions. I am very happy with this surgery
Been with this practice my entire life, and honestly it’s went down hill. I’ve had multiple health issues since the start of 2022 and now it’s ended up a snowball effect with multiple other health issues occurring due to neglect and trying to get any help from Whinfield is a joke and I’m just left to suffer or get brushed off. I honestly think this practice needs looking into for the care they give patients or it needs closing down because they are putting peoples health at risk and basically leaving you to fend for yourself... read more
