Do Not Rent Here! The Whimsical Pig staff and amenities were perfectly fine given the price point of the units. The place they earned this one star rating is on departure. I sublet the apartment from a couple of gentlemen that had resided there for 9/12 of the lease and I picked up the last couple of months. The previous tenants (whom did not have pets) handed the apartment to me in pristine condition. I (also not having a pet) also handed the apartment back to Whimsical Pig in perfect condition.
